It's simple to administer, simple to take, and highly accurate. If you would like to sample the Personal Survey©, follow the instructions below:

Send us your name, company name, address, and phone number. Please provide your fax number, if you have one.
Describe why you are interested in the Personal Survey© and Understanding Character©.

You will receive materials in the mail to take the Personal Survey©. The instructions are easy to follow; the process takes about 30 minutes.

Return the completed materials with a check/money order for $250 in USDollars payable to:

Once completed materials are received at Wingspan, Ltd, they will be interpreted on audio cassette tape and mailed back to you. If you contract for additional professional services, the $250 will be applied as a credit toward new billing.
