Since the goal is to help individuals broaden their horizons and add to their foundation, an effort is made to avoid places that are known as "tourist destinations." People are taken out of their comfort zones but are not pressured into participating in activities that make them extremely uncomfortable. Safety and a positive experience are the primary goals.

Any position that requires VISION and the ability to thoughtfully and effectively LEAD, requires depth - depth of thought, depth of feeling. The only way to increase one's depth is to be exposed to new things and experience immersion in places and people different from day-to-day life. Whether it is sitting on the edge of an immense canyon or walking the cobblestone streets of a small town in Germany, it will help you be better at what you do.
