Services in Client's Facilities

The integration of away-from-home experiences with the philosophy of Understanding Characterİ has proven to be very helpful for many people. Much of the time this process has begun right at home. As an instructor of Understanding Character©,
Tamara Johnson Matheus works within the client's facilities to instruct classes and discuss Personal Surveyİ results privately with individuals. Working one-on-one, working with leaders and their associates, and working within the class structure continually enhances the improvement of communication and feelings of comfort within the work environment.
As described in the
Program Description, there are four levels of class and students are encouraged to participate. The information is given in a way as to help each person find it true for him/her self and is designed to help people succeed. This "in-house" work is on going and most commonly accomplished on a quarterly basis.
Long term, Wingspan Ltd. will work with clients to develop one of their associates to be a licensed Understanding Character© instructor as well as a licensed Personal Survey© interpreter. This will allow an organization to go forward with the development of people with more consistency and flexibility.
